Hi, I’m thrilled to welcome you to your hypopressive (or low pressure fitness) journey! This course is designed to give you all the tools you need for a healthy, strong pelvic floor, back, and core, so that you can soon experience true freedom —
- from feeling comfortable without pads,
- to easing nagging back pain
- starting enjoying intimacy without discomfort or tension and
- standing tall, feeling lighter and sexy in your own skin.

#2 How to make the course
We’ll be working through the course in 4 modules, each building on the previous one. The exercises will become a bit more challenging as you go, matching your growing strength.
To get the best results, go through the videos one by one in the order they’re presented.
Repeat each video until you feel comfortable, then move on to the next.
This course is flexible: you can finish it in 2 weeks, or take 2 months if that suits you better.
What matters most is practicing consistently, at least 3 times a week. This will help you see real changes — from more bladder control to reduced back pain and even slimmer waist.
Please check the contraindications for the stomach vacuum, like pregnancy or blood pressure / heart problems in the description of each video.

I’m Kata Mathe, founder of Shape Your Belly, THE place where you can start saying goodbye to pelvic floor and back issues.
I am a 50-year-old woman in perimenopause who used to have pelvic floor problems. I struggled with back pain and incontinence—until I found hypopressives and reversed my symptoms through this simple training.
Now I’m on a mission to help other women do the same!
I want to show all the women in the world that you can train in a simple, short, enjoyable way with HUUUGE results and that even mature women can have a toned belly, and can stop crossing their legs when sneezing.
