My story
Hi, my name is Kata.
Most of my life was spent in a corporate job, but my true passion has always been fitness.
I’ve done it all: gymnastics, calisthenics, running, and my ultimate thrill—obstacle races! There’s nothing quite like conquering a muddy course.
But then a disaster struck, I seriously injured my knee during a race, so I needed surgery.
It was around then that my back pain really kicked in and I found myself dealing with embarrassing incontinence issues more often.
Obstacle racing can really take a toll on your pelvic floor, and I had no idea that those muscles needed training too! 🤷♀️
So I was laying in the hospital with my knee surgery, thinking about my life. I knew things had to change.
This was when I heard about Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressives) from a Spanish friend.
Turns out, in Spain gynaecologists and physiotherapists recommend it to women to recover pelvic floor & back health.
Especially, but not only, after giving birth and in menopause. I was close to 50 already, very close to second category.
So, soon I was on the plane to Barcelona to learn it from the creators of the method.
The results were stunning: I could feel less and less back pain after each session.
I realized one midday that I hadn't felt the urge to run to the bathroom the entire morning.
And in a couple of weeks for the first time in many years I felt confident enough to stop crossing my legs when sneezing.
My life has changed. All because of a gentle breathing training! I left the corporate world.
Now, I am on a mission to help other women with the same problem, so that they can live a whole, confident life.
At the beginning I have been focusing on the expat women community in Prague.
Now I would like to open, and spread this fantastic method to the rest of Europe.
I have been teaching hundreds of women, and would like to show this amazing method to many more.
